Shipping and Handling
We ship fast! Most products are shipped within 24 business hours. If your payment is received before 12pm Pacific Standard Time Monda-Friday(excluding holidays), your product will be shipped out the same day. We currently ship to the following countries only: USA, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom. We ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO without extra charges.

CosmoSecret reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse any orders without prior notice. Any suspicious, illegal, invalid orders are subject to review for approval and may take more than 24 business hours to approve.


Store Return Policy
Please contact assistance@cosmosecret.com for RMA# and the return instructions within 7 days of receipt. Some returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. These include wall decor, iron crafts and collectibles. If you are unsure and want to verify if a particular product is subject to the 15% restocking fee, please contact assistance@cosmosecret.com.

All returns/exchanges will be processed within 3 business days after your merchandise is received. The merchandise sent back must provide tracking information and in its un-used and original condition (including the original packaging and paperwork). Return shipping cost will be at customer's expense. The shipping charge will be non-refundable. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us and we'll try to work out the issue with you.
